The comfortable suite is located in the attic of the old farmhouse, a building under monument protection, which was last renovated in 1676.<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy your holidays in our 180m2 suite with its big, bright and open rooms that provide space for up to ten people. The lounge next to the light-filled gallery invites for a relaxing reading or TV session and from the sheltered balcony you can enjoy an amazing view.<\/p>\n<p>The suite offers 5 separate bedrooms with a double bed, TV (in two of the four bedrooms), radio and safe. Three bathrooms are available with shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer; one of the bathrooms also offers a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchen unit, induction stove, dish washer, fridge with freezer, oven, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils and a big dining table.<\/p>\n<p>Apart from the amazing view and the bright rooms, the highlights of our <em>Grieser historic Suite <\/em>are the floors made of local chestnut wood in the living areas as well as the premium solid wood furniture. Sustainable construction and the use of local materials characterize the renovation of the attic. The old stone walls were incorporated in the architecture of the suite and hereby add to the comfortable feeling of this accommodation.<\/p>\n<p>Prices<\/p>\n<p>300,00 \u20ac &#8211; 350,00 \u20ac<\/p>\n<p>All prices are for an occupancy by two people per day and for a minimum stay of 7 nights and include cleaning, energy and other utilities.<br \/>\nFor each additional person we will compute a surcharge of \u20ac 25.00 per day. 20.00 \u20ac for children up to 14 years.<\/p>\n<p>We calculate a residence tax of \u20ac 2,30 (per night) for guests under 14 years.<br \/>\nThis levy is not included in the prices and can only be paid on the spot.<\/p>\n<p>In our house smoking is not permitted.<\/p>\n<p>On day of arrival, the apartments are available at 14:00.<br \/>\nPlease contact us, if you arrive after 18:00.<br \/>\nOn the day of departure, we ask you to leave the apartments until 10:00, in order to allow other guests a smooth arrival.<\/p>\n<p>Our apartments are available all year round. Shorter stays are also possible by arrangement. Please note that arrivals on Sundays and public holidays are only possible from 6 p.m. onwards, as these special days are reserved for family time.<br \/>\nFrom June to October, we rent our holiday apartments on a weekly basis \u2013 from Saturday to Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>From the moment of the deposit (400 Euro), the apartment is reserved for you.<br \/>\nPlease understand that we do not accept credit and debit cards.<\/p>\n<p>We are sure that you will be very happy on your vacation.
